We build things people use and we own each lane end to end. We weigh judgment over a resume, and we push back when a ticket is wrong.
AI-fluent
We use AI to amplify our output and we keep a senior eye on what comes back. We treat the model as a tool, not a crutch, and we review our own work hard.
Low ego, high care
A small team needs clear communication and steady hands. We write things down, we keep commitments, and we care about how the work gets done, not only what gets shipped.
Operator mindset
We connect the build to the customer and the runway behind it. We look for where a feature earns its keep, and we would rather solve the real problem than close the assigned task.
